Not Close to Our Father

You might not know God or you might not be close to Him. Or you might be close to Him, but want to get closer!
    I am so close to God. I love Him more than anyone on this world (sorry mom ;D). It can be scary in this world. You might feel alone. I know how you feel. I've been through lots and I have just grown closer to Him through it all! God is my rock and my reedemer! I want everyone to be close to Him like I am.
     He can comfort you, but only if you let Him. He can be your best friend (he's mine)! One thing that really helps is reading your bible!

I'm Not Pretty :l

  The question "am I pretty?" runs through lots of girls minds. And to everyone of you the answer is "yes!". Maybe you aren't a model from the outside, but really what's important is what's inside! I know, you've probably heard this before. And you might have rolled your eyes just a few secs ago. Months ago I probably would have too! But I have learned to look at all the good things about my outside and inside. And it honestly helps!
    You might look at yourself in the mirror and think, "I wish I was pretty". Trust me, you most likely are. My friend Carebear (secret nickname to protect her name) doesn't think that she is beautiful. But wow! She is drop-dead-pretty. But she can't see it.
   This tends to happen to lots of us girlies! But it most of the time isn't true! The true beauty is what's inside (don't you dare roll you eyes!). God took His hands and made your face just the way it is! Would you like it if you painted a beautiful painting of a girl and someone tells you it's awful? That they wish it was different? That would hurt. That's exactly how God feels.
    THERE CAN NEVER BE A MORE BEAUTIFUL YOU! You are perfect just the way you are! Don't not eat to be on a 'diet'. If your a little heavy, tone down on the Snickers and Milky Ways (but they are sooo yummy!). God bless!

Depression

 Lots of people get depressed. I was depressed for a little while. But I wasn't very close to God. I don't know how I would get through life without Him! He's amazing, he comforts me all the time.
      If you are depressed, it's hard to be happy. You honestly don't find anything that fun anymore. You need someone to talk to. I am here! My names Savannah and I want to be your friend. I like to call my sister 'You New Big Sista' ;). I know what you are feeling. Sometimes it you get depressed because something tramatic has happended in your life. Divorce :(

First, I want to say how much I love my family! I have the greatest parents ever! But I love my Father, God. Thank you for sending Your son Jesus to save me from my sins!
     Okay, family is very very important! Lots of times divorce happens. If your parents or friend's parents are getting/have had a divorce it's hard! You feel like your heart is being torn in half. And it's very hard to fo back and forth. Or not going back and forth. You might hardly ever see your father! It can be very very hard on you.
